The Ubiquiti UISP-Cable-Carrier is an outdoor shielded Cat5e Ethernet cable supplied in a 305 m (1000 ft) box. It uses 24 AWG solid bare copper conductors and a black polyethylene jacket with UV resistance.
Foil shielding, a secondary braided shield, an ESD drain wire and an internal anti-crosstalk divider support outdoor network installations. The nominal jacket diameter is 6.8 mm. Use compatible shielded connectors and an appropriate grounding arrangement. The cable is unterminated; connectors are sold separately.
