The Ubiquiti UISP-Connector-SHD pack contains 100 shielded male RJ45 connectors for terminating UISP Cable Pro and UISP Cable Carrier Ethernet cable. The shielding supports an ESD protection arrangement when installed with suitable cable and grounding.
The connectors are designed for installation without soldering. They are passive cable terminations, not standalone Ethernet surge arresters. Cable and termination tools are sold separately.
